Justin’s process is very thorough and he checks in regarding any prior injuries and gives helpful feedback to adjust your positioning so that you complete the exercises safely. Justin is the Founder and Fitness Director of JayFit Personal Training. Starting his personal training career in 2012, Justin carries a deep passion for helping other to realize their true potential. As a former college football player turned Gym Owner, his approach combines science based oriented program design, detail oriented coaching and habit-based lifestyle strategies, to help others to feel their best.
