Most JayFit members train 2 to 3 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and starting point. We’ll help you choose the right frequency during your Starting Point Session and build a routine that fits your life. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, lose fat, or simply feel better day to day.
It all starts with your Starting Point Session, where we get to know your goals, lifestyle, and movement needs. From there, we create a personalized training plan just for you. You’ll train in a semi-private setting (Maximum of 4 clients per session) led by a certified coach to guide and support you every step of the way. Every workout is planned in advance, progress is tracked, and we adjust your program as you improve, so you’re always moving forward.
Every JayFit session lasts about one hour and is coach-led, personalized, and results-focused. You’ll train in a small group setting (up to 4 clients), but your workout is tailored specifically to your goals. Sessions typically include a warm-up, strength training, and conditioning, all designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free.
