Justin has been a great personal trainer to get me back on track with my weight training and fitness journey post-divorce. His rates are reasonable and his group training sessions are small enough where you feel you can do your own workouts without feeling cramped. Justin’s process is very thorough and he checks in regarding any prior injuries and gives helpful feedback to adjust your positioning so that you complete the exercises safely. Even during group sessions he does a great job of making sure everyone is attended to and supported so that we all meet our personalized JayFit workout goals for the day. As you get older every day you wake up and something else hurts! Not anymore! Thanks to Justin, I have reduced or eliminated body inflammation and chronic pain from natural degeneration and/or prior injuries. Went to JayFit to get my body composition scanned using a Styku 3D Body Scan. The closest thing to a DEXA Scan without radiation. Excellent training and fitness facility. Justin is an amazing knowledgeable trainer who will help you reach your goals. The studio is modern, the equipment is top notch and there's even a shower! I like the small group training with individualized programs set each day on an iPad. Justin creates challenging workouts that change often and it's a fun positive community environment where all are welcome. Highly recommend!!

It all starts with a free Starting Point Session. This is where we learn about your goals, your lifestyle, and any challenges you’re facing. If we are a good fit, we design a personalized program that fits your needs and get you started towards achieving your goals.

Most JayFit members train 2 to 3 times per week, depending on their goals, schedule, and starting point. We’ll help you choose the right frequency during your Starting Point Session and build a routine that fits your life. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, lose fat, or simply feel better day to day.

It all starts with your Starting Point Session, where we get to know your goals, lifestyle, and movement needs. From there, we create a personalized training plan just for you. You’ll train in a semi-private setting (Maximum of 4 clients per session) led by a certified coach to guide and support you every step of the way. Every workout is planned in advance, progress is tracked, and we adjust your program as you improve, so you’re always moving forward.

Every JayFit session lasts about one hour and is coach-led, personalized, and results-focused. You’ll train in a small group setting (up to 4 clients), but your workout is tailored specifically to your goals. Sessions typically include a warm-up, strength training, and conditioning, all designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-free. You’ll get expert guidance, encouragement, and support throughout.

With a love for strength training and a natural attention to detail, she brings energy, precision, and encouragement to every training session.

Justin is the Founder and Fitness Director of JayFit Personal Training. Starting his personal training career in 2012, Justin carries a deep passion for helping other to realize their true potential. As a former college football player turned Gym Owner, his approach combines science based oriented program design, detail oriented coaching and habit-based lifestyle strategies, to help others to feel their best.
