The starting point session is a 1 on 1 assessment where we’ll learn about your goals, assess how you move, and build a personalized plan to help you feel your best.
After your Starting Point Session, we’ll hit the ground running with a training program designed specifically for you and your goals.
You’ll train in a supportive, small-group setting with expert coaching, personalized guidance, and a clear plan to help you make progress
without the guesswork.

At JayFit, we combine the best of both worlds. We deliver Individualized personal training programs in a small, supportive group setting with no more than four clients per session, with the support of a qualified coach. This is NOT a group fitness class. This is personal training, personalized to YOU. Each client follows their own custom program based on their fitness assessment, goals, and movement needs
We believe that lasting change starts with simple, sustainable habits. NOT extreme diets or quick fixes. Our habit-based nutrition coaching is designed to help you improve your eating patterns one step at a time, so you can build a healthier relationship with food and fuel your body for strength, energy and longevity.
We leverage 3D imaging technology to give you a complete view of your progress, beyond just weight. This cutting-edge technology creates a full-body 3D image and delivers detailed data on your body fat%, lean body mass, bone density posture, and circumference measurements in just seconds.
At JayFit, we know that progress isn’t just made during workouts. It’s also built through how well you recover. Our Stretch Therapy & Recovery Sessions are designed to help you reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall movement so you can keep training safely and effectively. Whether you’re dealing with tight hips, sore shoulders, or just need to decompress from a long week, these sessions are tailored to your body’s needs.
