At JayFit, we combine the best of both worlds. Individualized personal training programs delivered in a small, supportive group setting with no more than four clients per session, with the support of a qualified coach.

This is NOT a group fitness class. This is personal training, personalized to YOU. Each client follows their own custom program based on their fitness assessment, goals, and movement needs. You’ll train alongside a small group, but your workout is uniquely yours. This allows you to get the structure and accountability of a team environment, without sacrificing the personal attention you deserve. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts or cookie-cutter programs. Instead, we take the time to understand your goals, lifestyle, movement patterns, and starting point so we can build a plan that’s truly tailored to you
